"Export training data"-Button not working/No Training Data available

Dear Decipher and Blue Prism Users

We started our Decipher journey last week and it come in my mind, how to move our Training Data from the Development Environment to the next Environment.

 

We wanted to test to export the Training Data, but if we are clicking the "Export training data"-Button nothing happens.

 

My Questions are:

  • How I can identify that Training Data are available in Decipher?
  • What we have to do, so that Training Data will be available for Export?

Hi Andre,

That's very strange. The training data is stored in the database table called "RegionTemplate", if it's populated, you should be able to export your training data.

Have any permissions been updated?

Thanks for your Answer. We checked the database table called "RegionTemplate" and there're data stored. Unfortunately, we don’t get the training data exported as file. Do you have any proposal, what else could be the cause of our problem?

Hi Andre,

I've never seen it before, but I can only think it might be to do with either the Decipher permissions or database permissions.

I recommend raising a support ticket so we can investigate further.

Hi Andre,

I had this problem as well. What worked for me was pressing Ctrl+F5 on the Export Training Data page and then pressing export.
