"No Skill Found" facing this error

Hello All 👋 ,

I have imported a skill and a sample process which uses that skill but when i open that sample process it throws below error.

Error Message : Unable to populate stage information - No skill found with id: 271eab95-c7d7-4364-afd4-f98109462f00

In System setting - Skill section i can see that skill imported and its web API component as well are visible.

Hello Tejaskumar,

could be something wrong with the sample process. Maybe even the ID is hardcoded somewhere.
Where did the sample process comes from? Have you spoke to the person who provided it to you?

Have you tried to delete the Skill and re-import it?
What if you create a blank process and add the Skill to it. Does the same error occur?
