REMINDER: There is a planned Pearson Vue maintenance and system update effective from Thursday 19th November midnight (GMT) to Monday 23rd November midnight (GMT).
The work has been scheduled over a weekend to minimize the impact. Please note that during this period, candidates will not be able to book exams and new candidates will not be able to create accounts. Existing candidates however, will still be able to attend exams where available and will still be able to access their accounts.
WE HAVE GREAT NEWS!
From Tuesday 24th November (GMT) candidates will be able to create their own Vue Web Account for Blue Prism exams directly on the Pearson Vue website (https://www.pearsonvue.co.uk/blueprism ) without having to request this via Blue Prism training support. This means that candidates may also book their exams at their convenience and the Pearson Vue Customer service team in their area will be available to support with any issues with account creation (https://home.pearsonvue.com/blueprism/contact). Exam pre-requisites will still apply, so candidates will need to check these for their particular exams before booking. Accommodations will be assessed on a case by case basis by the ES Operations Team – if you require an accommodation, this needs to be authorized by Blue Prism training support prior to booking so please Contact Us for authorization in advance.
ONLINE EXAMS!
After a few months of testing, we are delighted to announce that our exams will be available from Tuesday 24th November (GMT) as online exams via the Pearson Vue OnVUE portal. These will be online proctored (OP) exams and candidates will be able to book them directly on the Pearson Vue website. As above, exam pre-requisites and accommodation request authorizations will still apply.
