We are not able to find the basic documents like Work queue even here - ​"https://portal.blueprism.com/documents/basic"​.

Hi Sheela.

Unfortunately, some of the PDFs are stored within the courses now. If you search in the LMS for "work queues" you'll find that many classes will appear. If you select one of them, it will take you into the Solution Designer class. Enroll and you can download the associated documents which includes the work queue guide.

I know this is not ideal but this is what we have for now. The bpdocs.blueprism.com site has a lot of information and a search for work queues brings up some information but there is no access to the PDF.
