Cannot register at Pearson Vue

Hello BP support

Please help! I am unable to register at Pearson Vue. I get an error ""we couldn't find a match in our system. Make changes and try again.". I tried contacting Pearson Vue and they said, they can't find me in their system and I should contact BP support. Please let me know what needs to be done.
