United States (and US Territories) Updates:
Because Pearson VUE delivers services to U.S. federal agencies, they are considered a federal contractor. As such, they must comply with the requirements in Executive Order 14042.
Here is how this Executive Order affects you at Pearson VUE facilities:
Pearson VUE are required to follow CDC guidance as it relates to masking and distancing in their company-owned facilities (PPCs, PTCs, and TTCs) in the United States and U.S. territories, even where there are no local requirements to wear masks or distance.

In areas of high or substantial community spread, all individuals are required to wear a face mask in our facilities.

Unvaccinated individuals are always required to wear masks in our facilities, even if the area is no longer considered to have high or substantial community spread.

Unvaccinated individuals will need to maintain 6 feet of physical distance from all other individuals.

Currently, all PPCs in the United States and United States Territories are in areas of high or substantial spread. The search functionality on Pearson VUEs COVID-19 Update Page remains the preferred way for candidates to verify specific test center requirements.

The face mask mandate goes into effect across Pearson VUE U.S. facilities on December 1, 2021.
