Hello,
I'm starting my training journey.
I installed the Blue Prism Learning edition. And was able to perform the first couple of exercises.
However, I come back to the tool, and the User/Pwd is incorrect.
I used admin/admin.
I uninstalled and re-installed, and supplied admin/admin when prompted, but still no access.
How do I reset the installation environment?

Susan,
By default Blue Prism requires that the Admin password be changed on the first login. We frequently use "pwd" and then changed it later from the System Tab.
If you reinstalled and used the same database, they Blue Prism is relying on the old credentials. If you delete the old database and reinstall, Admin/admin should work work when you recreate the default connection.

Hi all,
I was able to find a solution.
Issue, the DB is installed to SQL Light (or similar). I was hesitant to make a new DB connection, but that is pathway to success.
See the following instructions.

The process of installing a New Connection resets the original DB, thus resesting back to admin/admin.
