Hello, everyone!
My BP password expired two weeks ago. A message on screen says me to change it after my login.
But I cannot enter into the tool, neither using previous password or BP University one.
Is there some link about for resetting BP password?

Have you tried resetting your password from the Blue Prism Portal?
https://portal.blueprism.com
Just below where you enter your name and password is an "Forgot Password" option.

Yes, I already did it. But with new password I can login into BP Webpage, not into the tool itself.
