Please see below for the most recent updates to test delivery affected by COVID-19 across the globe.

Nevada PPCs:

• Effective May 1st, capacity may increase to 100% (from 50%) across Nevada PPCs

Manitoba, Canada PPCs:

• Effective May 2nd, PPC appointment capacity in Manitoba must be reduced to 50% (from 100%)

Nova Scotia, Canada PPCs:

• Effective May 2nd, exam appointment capacity must be reduced to 25% (from 50%)
• Exam delivery is restricted to programs that qualify as essential services only

Mexico City, Mexico PPC:

• Pearson VUE must extend the suspension of exam delivery through May 12th
• Appointment availability begins May 13th
• Candidates will begin receiving cancellation/reschedule emails April 28th

Sao Paulo, Brazil PPC:

• Pearson VUE must extend the suspension of exam delivery through May 2nd
• Appointment availability begins May 3rd
• Candidates will begin receiving cancellation/reschedule emails April 28th

India Operations Update:

• As challenging conditions escalate in India, Pearson UE are continuing to adhere to local requirements for safe test center operations. They are also closely monitoring the situation related to Pearson VUE staffing levels to ensure service continuity. While Pearson VUE do have a sizable staff and partner presence in India, their operations are distributed globally, and they are prepared to adjust as needed.
