Pearson Vue update for the test delivery affected by COVID-19 across the globe.
Pearson Vue continue to work hard to make decisions that will resume testing where possible while protecting the health and safety of candidates and employees.
Per recently updated government guidance, Pearson Vue are extending the temporary suspension of exam deliveries in:
- Appointment availability is blocked through December 1
- Candidates will begin receiving cancellation/reschedule emails shortly
- Exam appointment availability begins December 2 and beyond
- We are continuing to deliver exams to third-party test centers that are operational
As previously noted, governments reinstating limiting measures for operation due to the volatility of COVID-19 remains an ongoing possibility, and as a result of any updates we will adjust our testing capacity and/or operations accordingly. These adjustments may require additional cancellations of candidate appointments.
- Per updated government guidance recently released for greater Manitoba, Canada, starting Saturday, November 14 we can only deliver testing services for programs that qualify as "critical services".
- New government guidance also requires actions be taken to reduce appointment capacity to approximately 25% per local test center layout during this time.
- Your PM will reach out to you with additional details regarding critical services self-designation; you can also contact your PM with related questions
- Affected candidates will begin receiving cancellation/reschedule emails shortly
Pearson Vue are continuing to deliver exams to third-party test centers that are operational.
Pearson Vue have updated our Coronavirus Update Page to reflect the most recent additional guidance.
