Surname Change in BP Pearson Vue - Account

Hi All,
As I don't have any ID proof matching the given surname (Given as short form) in Pearson, So I  Need to change surname to full form (which I have as in proof). I could not edit it in pearson vue. Contacted Customer care and was told to contact bp. I have changed my name in bp portal but not reflected in pearson. Kindly pls help.

I have also faced similar issue with my name initials on pearsonvue.  And it's was successfully corrected and reflected on pearsonvue with help of bp team.
