Hi All,
I’ve recently been working through the WorkHQ learning plan on Blue Prism University, and it’s been a genuinely interesting shift in perspective for me.
Coming from a more traditional RPA mindset, I’ve started to see how digital workers now sit within a much broader ecosystem in WorkHQ, alongside workflows, AI agents, and human interactions. It feels less like building isolated automations, and more like orchestrating how work flows across people, systems, and AI.
I’m about to start the Blue Prism® WorkHQ: Working with Digital Workers course, and I’m particularly curious to see how that integrates with the human-in-the-loop side of things, especially how tasks, decisions, and exceptions move between users and automation.
One thing I’ve noticed already is that the focus seems to shift away from individual tasks, and more toward how everything connects and responds to real-world scenarios, which feels like quite a different way of thinking about automation.
I’m nearly at the end of the learning plan and aiming to wrap it up in the next week, how about everyone else?
Has anyone else started (or completed) the WorkHQ learning plan?
Would be great to hear:
