You could use WINAPI to move the mouse into the required position..I use it a lot and it works really well...

I remember seeing this error before in Excel..if you are using an Excel Show action...swap it around...

are you compiling your dll to 32 bit as Blue Prism is a 32 bit process? 

I get that error sometimes and I find that you may have to try to send an email multiple times before it eventually sends.....so evaluate the success flag and retry the send for a specified amount of tries... I also received a new version of the MAPI...
