You might be wondering, "Why do you keep updating your exams?” Simply put, we’re committed to keeping our certifications at the forefront of excellence and maintaining the relevance, credibility, and value of our Certifications.
In the fast-paced world of IT, our certifications need to stay aligned with current industry trends, needs, and job roles. Keeping our exam content up to date ensures our certifications remain relevant to our partners, customers, and professionals.
We go through a rigorous process when updating our exams. We begin with a Job Task Analysis (JTA) to define the essential knowledge and skills for success in a job role. The results of the JTA guide us in defining the objectives and tasks outlined in the Exam Content Outline, ensuring that exam questions are relevant to what candidates learn through our training and how candidates apply knowledge and skills to address real-world job situations.
Our exam questions are created by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who have successfully passed our exams. Our SMEs have at least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in the field of intelligence automation (IA). Every question is reviewed, and the correct answer is vetted for quality assurance.
Regularly updating exam content allows us to enhance the quality of the exams themselves. We gather feedback from certified professionals and industry experts, enabling us to refine the exams and maintain high standards. Another significant reason for updating exams is to keep pace with the evolving field and ensure the rigor of the certification. Refreshing the exams means candidates aren’t relying on outdated materials or memorizing specific questions and answers.
