APD01 / Pearson Account - Unbale to book the exam due to exam seeking platform conflict

Hello 

Am facing issue while booking exam for APD01. It says AD01 needs to be completed. 

But I already have the Developer certification from Blue Prism back in 2016 Dated November 30th when exam was not under Pearson VUE but directly from Blue Prism organization.

So in Pearson VUE that is  not reflecting .

How can that be consolidated here?

Appreciate your advice or if you can share if you had similar experience and What needs to be done now ?

Hi Gurunath,

Did you find a solution for the above issue? If yes, can you please help me with the solution/links that you raised to get it resolved as I'm facing the same issue?
I have completed the Developer exam in 2017, but I'm unable to schedule for APD01 in Pearson as it is giving error. I'm unable to raise a request in BP University Contact link as it is giving Internal Server Error Can you please help?
