  • 1.  Indicators for robot analysis - BI

    Hello my friends,
    I am looking for new indicators to implement in the BI, currently we have the data for: execution time x number of items, machine utilization, exceptions, number of processings, however, I would like to see if anyone can contribute with new relevant information or also comment on the data addressing to verify RPA metrics

    Below are some of them I can think of
    1) how many digital workers are available' offline,logged out,private,missing
    2)to pull queue volume( completed, deffered, excpetion, pending)
    3)average queue handling based on no of days
    4utilizarion - max resource hours
    5)license information
    6) daily resource utilization 
    7)scheduler information success vs failure
    8) processes exposed in control room
    9) user access
