Edge Extension issue

We upgrade current Blue Prism to 6.10.4 version. When we check the extension enabled or not by using address: edge://extensions, the admin account which upgrade BP show the extension has been installed and enabled. While we check with robot account, it indicates extension has not been installed. Try to installed from MS Web Store, an error pop up. How can I address this issue? Is it  account authority issue?

Hey Eric, 

Was this previously an issue with the robot account? I am thinking what you are thinking, that it could be an account issue. I am wondering if it is a permissions issue and if your domain policy does not allow extensions to be installed unless the proper permissions on the user are present. I think this would be something to look into if possible if this has not worked before and this is the first time you are setting this up.

This is first time setting extension up. We are trying to extend account permissions to see if issue can be fixed. But quite strict IT policy may make it difficult. So I wonder if robot can work on edge/chrome without these extension set up.
