Foundation Training - Chapter 6.3 Navigate Stage

AlevAltun

Hello all,

I 've followed the instructions and added the attributes of the element "log in window" in the application modeller. But when it comes to choosing an action in the navigate properties, I can't find the action "launch" as shown in the video. Additionally, there are other actions that weren't shown in the tutorial video. What may be the reason for this problem?

Sincerely

Hello Alev,

To better answer this we would need to see what you are looking at,

Could you send screenshots on where you are expecting the Launch action to be so we can better guide you on this?
Thank you

Hello again,

Picture 1 (Bild 1) shows how the spied Element should look like and how it looks in my case (Bild 2). They are identical.

Picture 3 (Bild 3) shows the Navigate Stage of the tutorial and picture 4 (Bild 4) shows my Navigate Stage, which looks different. There is no "Launch" action in the drop down menu, but there are others instead, which weren't shown in the tutrorial video.

Best regards

Hi Alev,

Some points, your bild 1 and 2 are not the same that we can see, for example the checked attributes on bild 1 are only 3 checked but on bild 2 there ar e 5 matched, can you check they are matched ok and equal.

Secondly on bild 3 you have the root element selected in the navigate stage i.e. centrix data solutions but in bild 4 you have the login window in the navigate stage not the root node. can you try put centrix data solutions in the action of the navigate stage and see if you can find launch then?
