As you explore the community, you may notice that some members have the rank of Verified Partner. These members are employees of SS&C Blue Prism's partner organizations, who resell Blue Prism products and services. You can learn more about them here.
It's important to remember - these members are end users of Blue Prism products too, and are often building complex automations for their clients. Because they're exposed to a variety of projects, often across different industries, they carry a wealth of knowledge and experience.
To get the rank of Verified Partner, you need to sign into the Community using an account which is registered to the email domain of one of SS&C Blue Prism's partner organizations.
Having the Verified Partner rank entitles members to:
Note that MVPs cannot obtain the Verified Partner rank. This is because MVP "outranks" the Verified Partner status. MVPs are still permitted to the entitlements listed above if they are also a partner employee.
Becoming a Verified Partner excludes you from the Community Ranking system. You can still feature in leaderboards for your community activity, but you will no longer "Level Up" or have a level displayed on your community profile once you become a Verified Partner. This is a platform restriction, and we're investigating ways to solve it!
Try signing out of the Community and back in again. If you're still not verified, you can use this form to request manual verification.
We're only able to verify partners who use their company email address. We know there's really good reasons why some members prefer to use personal email addresses, however we cannot ensure that members who use personal emails have not switched companies (and therefore are no longer a verified partner!).
If you would like to, you can change the email address associated with your Community account by clicking on "My Account" here. Note that this will require you to log in, and receive all community notifications, to your new email address going forward.
