Emoji's are always interesting , with "Recommend" option can be also add a menu of emoji reactions to appear. 
Emojis convey the emotion ,express an idea or emoticon that's difficult to sum up in words. Different interactive emojis instead of just a like button can make it more interactive to user.

Hi  Vipul,

Thanks for your idea. The team took a look, and have determined that this is not possible to implement on the current platform (Higher Logic). As a result, this idea has been marked as Not Planned.

However, if you do want to use emojis on the Community, one option is to copy and paste one into a comment. I use emojipedia and copy and paste from there 😃.
