Live chat session

There could be an online chat session per community, I believe that this would increase the speed of problem solving and these sessions could have a button called, transform Conversation in discussion, with this I believe that the time spent on the website da.comunidadr would increase

Hi Emerson,

Thank you for your idea! Unfortunately, a live chat option is not on the roadmap for our community at the moment. We do, however, host regular Ask Me Anything sessions where we get experts on the community to answer questions from community members in real-time. These sessions take place every few weeks, so keep an eye on the #askmeanything tag to see upcoming Ask Me Anything sessions as they're posted.

As we are not planning on developing live chat, I've marked this idea as Not Planned.
