Hi,
I am not able to download the necessary files for the Avo RegEx connector.
I get the following Message:
Access Denied
Sorry, you do not have access to download this Asset.
Any suggestions on how to proceed?
Thanks,
Susan

Can you confirm that you were actually logged into the DX? That does bite people quite often.

Hi Eric,
Yes I am logged in. Just confirmed I am able to view my profile. I took some screen shots.
Interesting, others in my Company have also tried and encounter the same error.
And the developer I am working with has the same issue. He too has posted a question.
Do you have any suggestion?
Thanks,
Susan

Ok, so just to confirm you're still not able to download the asset today? There was a change made to some of the backend data yesterday. I'm wondering if there might be something tied to your local cache. Can you try logging out of the DX and then flushing your browser cache (or trying a different browser that you haven't used for the DX previously)?
Cheers,
