We recently had a demo for the three new BP Cloud offerings. One specific question I had about cloud interact is how it handles attachments. In the forms there is a way to add and insert attachments such as excel files or PDF's. How are those items added to a queue item? Is the full file itself inserted in the queue item or just a location reference. How does the file make it from Interact cloud site to an on premise BP installation?
