Downloading a file from Sharepoint

How to download a file using the sharepoint url. I am aware of the mapping Sharepoint to explorer option however that won't work in my case. I tried using File management utility and download File action but it pops up with the forbidden error message. However it's not due to access, as manually I am able to perform the same operation.

Are you getting 404 Not Found error ?  (and not Unauthorized error)

Are you able to download using your URL in browser or using Postman?

You could use Microsoft Graph - Download Files asset as mentioned in the thread above as this asset specifically caters to downloading files.
