Someone has had the experience of installing the Blue Prism V7 on Amazon servers, in the case of the RDP it is minimized, the Global Send Key does not work and in the case of a Java application based on Developer Form he does not know the windows (Connect by Title and Process ), someone has some suggestion, especially, these are Amazon servers with Windows Server 2019 (BPServer, Interactive and RR),
Thank you very much in advance

Hello, Alirio,
the simple parallel is following - when you as a person would like to work with RDP session which is minimized it would not be possible. The same way Blue Prism works - especially when you use Global Send Keys or Activate Application - these actions need to have non minimized desktop. It can be small but can't be sitting just on a taskbar.

For reasons like this I prefer deploying bots on virtualized environments (be it Citrix, VMWare, HyperV....) than using Remote Desktop.

I will try to describe the lesson learned with these servers, first, the ports must be enabled by the IT administrator, then in the windows firewall.
In my case, I was able to connect with all the computers, the problem later was that the interactive client could not login through the login agent (0x80131505) and following the recommendations of the following links:
None helped me solve the problem, my problem was solved with the TSCON command to disconnect from the terminal, then it allows leaving the RDP connection open (as if the monitor were active) and supports all GlobalSendKeys, without any problem,
The TSCON is used in a .bat (as administrator) to leave the RPD (amazon) of the interactive client, the computer will remain active to receive tasks and even the GlabalSendkey without problem.

Thanks for sharing this, it indeed should play helpful guiding manual to cater any such similar issues in future, as we ourselves are on azure servers, this seemed to be an important information to us . Thanks again alirio materano.
