Hi All,
I am getting below error in BP where bot is trying to forward emails. In some cases its working fine.
I need suggestions on how to fix this issue.
ERROR: System Exception : Issue with Outlook interaction for Set Category of Email Item, due to Exception Type : Internal and Exception Detail :Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: The operation failed. at the Stage : Clear any Set Category for Item
I am using MS Outlook Email VBO Extended object and using action "Set Category of Item".
BP Version is 6.9.1Code

Thank you for being a SS&C Blue Prism customer and for using Blue Prism. I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with this asset.
Now, as you have said it works sometimes, this is likely to be a data issue. It is something that will need to be attended to but we need to know why it works sometimes and what is the difference in the data that causes it to fail.
Do you know what this might be? Can you look at a data item that works and one that doesn't and see any differences? If you can, this will help significantly with a speedy resolution.
