Get attachments from MSG File with access restrictions

Hello All,

I am working on a process where I need to download MSG files from an application.

Issue is that the MSG files have access restrictions, so the VBOs (Get Attachments) are not working as they get stuck with the access restriction. (The provider can not change the restriction issue)

Have you ever faced such a case?

We are using API calls to interact with the application. 

The emails can be also downloaded as EML.
