Thank you for providing so much information around your error. This really helped me determine exactly the issue you were experiencing. I believe I found the root cause being an error occurring during your account creation. I have since remedied the error and you should now have access to download and not receive the Access Denied message. This error should not occur ever again and you should continue to have full access. Please log out of the DX and log back in for the changes to take effect. Please try to visit the DX and download an asset and let me know if you are still experiencing the same issue.
