Hi Team,
We are currently trying to spy elements in IBM ClearCase – Rational Architect Designer (eclipse.exe) using Blue Prism. As this is a Java-based application, we have enabled Java mode in Blue Prism.
However, while all other spying modes are functioning as expected, Java mode is not working, even after being enabled. When we attempt to spy elements using UIA and Accessibility (AA) modes, the behavior is only partially successful and does not consistently identify the required Java elements.
We need your assistance to enable and troubleshoot Java-specific spying in Blue Prism so that we can reliably identify and interact with the required elements within the application.
Please let us know the required configurations, prerequisites, or troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue.
