I'm also facing this issue for one or the other DX assets. Temporarily clearing the cache works, but after a few days again this same error pops up again.

Your situation is exactly the same as mine!
Having to clear the cache every time we try to download is cumbersome and impractical.
Not just assets and guides, but sample processes as well.
For example: sample process link of Slack Web Services https://digitalexchange.blueprism.com/cardDetails?id=4345
I would like Blue Prism staff to fix this part. 😞

@sumire are you still having an issue with this? We've performed some recent maintenance on the DX that may have addressed this.

Thank you, I was able to successfully download and use several assets, user guides, and sample processes that had issues.
