SS&C Blue Prism version 6 is reaching "End of Life"
This means that all versions of SS&C Blue Prism Enterprise which begin with a "6" will receive no further updates, and support for these versions will soon end.

Please note that:
- Mainstream support for BPE v6.10.5 and v6.10.6 are still offered until at least 28th August 2026
- Extended support arrangements have been offered to customers still using SS&C Blue Prism Enterprise version 6 until 28th August 2026 or their next renewal date, whichever is sooner
- Please discuss with your Account Manager should you wish to extend support beyond these dates
It is important that you have a plan to update your SS&C Blue Prism Enterprise environments to version 7 or above (or SS&C Blue Prism Cloud / WorkHQ) as soon as possible.
What should I do if I'm still using Blue Prism Enterprise version 6x?
You should plan to either:
- Upgrade to Blue Prism v7.5+ to continue to deploy on-premise; or
- Migrate to Blue Prism Cloud, which incorporates Blue Prism v7 and several of our add-on offerings as part of our fully hosted and managed solution; or
- Migrate to SS&C Blue Prism WorkHQ, a unified agentic automation platform designed to help enterprises design, orchestrate, and govern work across people, AI agents, digital workers, APIs, and enterprise systems from a single environment.
All three options provide access to new capabilities and will help expand the scope of your intelligent automation program, unlocking new use cases, and delivering greater business value faster.
