Product Upgrade Assurance provides a phased approach to your BPE upgrade. Our Professional Services team will collaborate with your internal team to identify your upgrade goals, then provide expert support, tools and guidance throughout your upgrade project.

A PUA project typically lasts 12 weeks - however this timeline can be lengthened or shortened based on the complexity of the upgrade and your organization's needs.
SS&C Blue Prism customers can request a planning session using our Professional Services Knowledge Support service. To access:
1. Log in to the Knowledge Support Booking Portal
2. Under the "Technology" category, choose Blue Prism Upgrade Planning
3. Complete the form.
