Blue Prism Scheduler Monitoring Best Practices

Hi Everyone,

I am working as a Blue Prism support engineer and wanted to understand the best approach for monitoring schedules in Control Room.

How can we identify if a particular scheduler was missed or did not trigger properly in Blue Prism?
What are the best monitoring steps or practices to verify whether schedules are running correctly on a daily basis?

Hi @arpit.alne1, you might want to make use of Process Alerts.

Refer schedules since you enquired about schedules.

I don't think so these alerts still have any email notification.

But we had a built a separate system that polls through the Blue Prism database tables and send an email and SMS notification on a timely basis.
