7.3.2 MS Outlook Email VBO issue with Get Sent Items

We are in the process of upgrading to Blue Prism 7.3.2. and we are using Windows 11 on the new vms.  We have multiple processes that send out emails to customers that also require us to get the sent item, save as PDF, and send to our imaging system. The current issue is occurring at Get Sent Items. The process pauses and is not receiving a response back. We turned outlook logging on and received the below error back.  

We currently run this process in 7.0.1 without issue (Windows 10). Has anyone else experienced this issue in 7.3.2?  Object being used is MS Outlook Email VBO and it is using the NetOffice Library. We also updated a machine to Windows 11 24h2 to see if that would fix the issue.

Hello @bmarshhouseloan 

We're in the process of testing some changes to the Outlook VBO that may address this. What we think is happening is an issue of depletion. This comes down to COM interop and managed code not quite releasing resources as quickly as they should and the Exchange server only allowing a limited number of handles per connected client.

Hopefully we'll be able to post a revised Outlook VBO to the DX in the next couple of days.

Blue Prism sent us a revised Outlook VBO and it works just fine now.
