Accessing BP Connection from different windows user

I have created 2 user accounts i windows 10 enterprise with administrator priveleges. I installed SQL Server 2014 and Blueprism with one user. From that user I created 2 users also named admin and developer1.
When I logon as other administrator windows user and try connecting to connection created from 1st windows user, I get this error -
BluePrism.DatabaseInstaller.DatabaseInstallerException: Database version could not be determined.
at BluePrism.AutomateAppCore.ServerFactory.CurrentConnectionValid()
at AutomateUI.frmApplication.ae(Boolean fal, Boolean fam)

Any insights on this?

Hello Raghav,

Did you create the second Admin in Blueprism? what are the permissions of these two other Users in your Database?

I think I will check the Users' permissions in the database and check if they are allowed to access Blue prism.

Kind Regards

There are 2 users in blueprism. One is having username admin with System administrator role and other username is developer1 with Developer role. How do we check the permissions of these 2 blueprism users in database. Connection Database being used is localhost\SQLExpress.

Curious: Any particular reason for you trying to figure it out at DB level?

 The permissions can be viewed from BP UI itself.
