To access the SS&C Blue Prism Support Portal (Support Center), perform the following steps:
1. Go to the Blue Prism Portal login screen - https://portal.blueprism.com.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click Submit.
4. Once logged into the Portal, click Customer Support > Support Center.
The Support Center home page is displayed.
Note: If you access the Support Centre directly without being logged into the BP Portal, you will be redirected to the BP Portal login page for any actions other than accessing the Knowledge Base.
