BP DB Connection problem

Hello there. we have 2 connections to bp db on interact. 1 to PROD and 1 to MAP (our dev enviroment). 

2 weeks ago we dropped the MAP db and we replaced it with a PROD copy. The name it's the same as before and the connection details are all the same. 

I am not sure if the problem is related with the db drop but now we can't refresh this enviorment anymore and we need to so we can get new queues we are creating and stuff... We can't delete it and create a new one and we don't get any logs on the IMS_Logs fileshare and we get the error. The message we get from interact front-end is "something went wrong" with a "Refreshing digital workers and queues failed".

We are basically stuck because i can't even create a new environment since the bp map db name is written on the previous connection.

We are still working on interact 4.1 beacuse we are waiting for an upgrade to sql 2016 so we can move to interact 4.2.
