BP travel----Has anyone run the "Create Quotes" process in Lifecycle Orientation successfully?

Hi, all In the Lifecycle Orientation, I've created the folders(directories) as the instruction. However, the "create Quote" process failed in the step Populate Queue. After " Get File" stage, the "successful" flag was set to be true, but the files folder is still empty and the "Count Row" action always goes to no files (can't get data from "Quotes.xlsx"). How can I solve this problem? Also, does anyone come across the same issue, or has anyone run the process successfully?

It was working for me. You might be missing something like correct path,pattern etc.

If the process is not working for you, then it would be a good training exercise to figure out how to get it working. The solution could also be improved by spliting it out into seperate processes rather than having one super processes. It would be better to have seperate processes to populate the queue and to do MI or exception reporting.
