BP unable to enter password on Cardholder

Hello All,

  • When I enter the password through BP, the verification doesn't accept it as password. 
  • Only when I enter it manually, it is accepted.

 Is there a way to fix this issue?

Try clicking (Click Window Center) into Password field before pressing OK.

If that doesn't work you'll have to use send keys.

Hello,

Please Focus or Click the Password Section and then use Sendkeys to update the password. (Some Fields will be click event Enabled )
