Hi all,
Running our top tables and BPMIProductivityShadow is very large. What is it? And what can we do to reduce it? Thanks in advance.

Hi James,
The BPMIProductivityShadow table is a transient table used to collect information about work queue events, part of a set of Dashboard and associated Tile tables to help the MI reporting functionality in Blue Prism.
If this table is very large, it could indicate an issue with the MI data refresh being "stuck". Take a look at this Knowledge Base article with your DBA, and if the 'refreshinprogress' value is set to '1', implement the suggestions in the "MI data refresh settings" section and see if that helps to get the refresh working again. If you'd like to clear down the data volumes in this table, I'd suggest opening a ticket with us in Support so we could provide some example database maintenance scripts for you and your DBA.
