   Here is a tip to send Email format after Completion of a Project with Success message ,Business Exception and System Exception.

• All Success Message and Business Exceptions goes to :- To : Customer.                                                                                                                                                              CC : RPA Developer,  Delivery Manager.
• All System Exception goes to :- To : RPA Developer ,Delivery Manager.                                                                                                                  CC : Customer.

You can also include the summary report in the final email to the customers/clients either in the email body or as an excel attachment. :)​
