Blue Prism Closes on Highlight

HI All, The blue prism is getting closed abruptly while highlighting certain fields in Service-NOW(Ticketing tool)website. Blue Prism works absolutely fine with the other websites, where as only for this particular website we are getting this kind of behavior. Is there any particular html web setting for Blue Prism to access this page?.. Please help..!

I was able to work around this problem with ServiceNow by using JavaScript and jQuery, which I just explained in a another post on this topic. |+|  M a r k  |+|

Thanks for the Information Mark. But I just wanted to confirm that have you developed JQuery and Javascript programes separately and run it over Service Now page (or) you have automated the HTML page of Service Now only. And it was of great help if you could share some piece of code that you have used for the issue. Please help @Mark_Stallard
