Blue Prism has stopped working

We are suddenly getting the error message/popup "Blue Prism" has stopped working. How to resolve the issue? The ""clr.dll"" is the Common Language Runtime for the .NET Framework. Have you opened a ticket with Blue Prism support? Were any updates applied to this machine prior to it crashing?   Cheers, Eric
