Hi Rajiv,
Two settings control the enabled/disabled setting for Scheduler. Both settings need to be enabled in order for Scheduler to work. Check the following settings:
Setting 1 - Could you please navigate the Interactive Client, menu option 'System > System > Scheduler' and ensure this is enabled ⇾ "Activate the Scheduler for this environment"
Setting 2 - Could you please check within the BPServer.exe configuration for Blue Prism Server, select the correct configuration then click 'Edit'. Within the 'Details' tab, ensure "Disable Scheduler" is not ticked, as follows:
Runtime Resource Connection
For Scheduler to run a Schedule against a Runtime Resource, that Runtime Resource needs to be connected to the Blue Prism Server Windows service. Could you make sure that the Runtime Resource is using a connection configuration that is configured for the correct Blue Prism Server instance?
Another basic test for Scheduler is to run everything locally on the application server. To do this, on the application server:
- Start a local Runtime Resource using the ResourcePC command that is connected to the Blue Prism Server instance
- Check that the Runtime Resource is showing as online within Control Room
- Configure a Schedule to run a Process against that local Runtime Resource
- Either configure the Schedule to run within a few minutes from the current time or using the right-click 'Run Now' function in order to test running the Schedule
