I am not clear on what your question is.   The disable scheduler checkbox in your screenshot should only be unticked if you have a multi-BP server environment (where it would be left ticked on one of the many bpservers).  There should be someone in your organisation or partner organisation who has completed the Blue Prism technical architect training path that can help you with setting up the BP Server.

Have you checked the Scheduler settings under the System tab. There is a tickbox option of 'Activate the scheduler for this environment' Please ensure that this is ticked.
