BluePrism 6.4.3.1224 Chrome 87 spied elements not working properly (Web and UI)

Spied Elements not working once in a while . Some times all Web mode spied elements stop working and some times all UI mode spied elements stops working

I have tried below steps. But, no luck. Any suggestion (or) help highly appreciated.

1. ​Uninstall BluePrism 6.4.3.1224
2. Install Chrome 87
3. Install BluePrism 6.4.3.1224
4. Verified BluePrism extension available in Chrome browser.

OS : Windows 7
BluePrism : BluePrism 6.4.3.1224
Chrome Browser Version 87

Thanks Henry now am clear on port part.

I tried the option you suggested like restart and run the process from control room . It worked fine for 1 item and later after few minutes again it failed for another item .

Where all UI mode elements did not work properly.

I think if chrome is not working properly like IE . Blueprism should stop this in current version (or) they have guide proper steps in portal.

Another suggestion since you can not configure ports on your version is to change how you close the chrome browser. If you terminate, or kill process, it will lock the port. Try sending CTRL SHiFT Q as send keys instead of kill and terminate. This is a graceful exit and will not lock the port in my experience.

Hi Peter ,

I tried  CTRL SHiFT Q using sendkeys it is now working . I tried  manually as well it is not working .

My Machine Windows7 . Do you have any other suggestion
