It could be the Chrome version was updated to the new version in the background.
I suggest checking the version of the Google Chrome and the Blue Prism Plug-in and comparing with the knowledge base and user guide in the Blue Prism portal site. If the Chrome version is not supported by the Blue Prism version that you are using, you may need to downgrade it and disable the chrome auto update.
