Can't assign a role for the Interact in Hub

Hi, Community

Anyone knows about how to assign a role for Interact in the Hub?

In the following page in Hub, Interact option can't be selected as it's grayed. How can I activate that option?
FYI, I logged in Hub with admin account which has full authority, I believe.

I am not sure what version of HUB you are using. But in the link from the online help, you can pick any version of HUB.

Is the Interact Plug-in installed with a valid license?

That's usually the only reason the Interact option would be inactive like this.
