Capture Result field in DecipherDBReporting

Hi everyone,

In DecipherDBReporting, there are two datasets (RepColumnCaptureStats, RepFieldCaptureStats) which contain information about the data capture by document id and captured column (either the general column or the line item column).

There is a column "CaptureResult" which seems to take a value between 1 and 7. What does it represent? The quality of the data capture based on the data capture verification?

Thanks

Hi Xavier,

Those numbers represent the outcome after verification, either manual or automatic. Here's the key:

1=CapturedCorrectly. No Change in Verify
2=CapturedCorrectly but with low confidence OCR/ICR charcters
3=Field Not Captured and not Populated in Verify
4=Field Not Captured but populated in Verify
5=Field Captured in Data Capture but was incorrect field value. Corrected in Verify
6=Field Not Captured in Data Capture but populated in Verify from either a static list, dynamic query, mapping, or formula
7=Field captured in Data Capture, but was incorrect and no value should have been assigned to the field. Corrected in Verify

You can run a report using the new reporting tool, based on these outcomes. From the Decipher page, accept the EULA and you will see some new downloads available.

Thanks. Is it also available for the version 1.2 or only 2.1?

Hi Xavier,

This should work with 1.2 where the separate reporting db has been configured.

Thanks
