Chrome Browser spying mode seized to work

Browser spying mode seized to work on chrome. I even started a bright new application launched and tried spying an element using browser mode and I cant spy anything, not even the browser window. It was working fine a couple of days ago. Does anyone have any solution for this? or Tips i can use.BP support for chrome has really been slowing down my development at work.
Personally, I feel BP has invested a lot of focus on IE and has left chrome and firefox support on the side when it should be its main focus due to the fact IE isn't going to be available anymore at the end of this year.

Hi,
I had same issue with chrome browser configure correct ext and try to clear all history of chrome browser before running bot.
2.click on advanced
3.select "All time" from time range dropdown.
4.select all check box and click on clear button after clearing assign the bot machine.
I hope you will get your ans and do let us know outcome.

- To clear chrome history open chrome and follow below
